Super friendly staff and genuine. Easy to converse. Convenient location, very close to metro.
I am noise sensitive and found that in the room you can hear everything from the road to neighbor talking.

. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities such as supermarkets, making it convenient for exploring the city. One of the advantages I enjoyed was the proximity to a beautiful park, where I could take leisurely walks and enjoy the serene atmosphere.
The room size was quite small, which may not be suitable for those looking for more space. . the cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, with some areas showing signs of wear and tear.

Staff very helpful, very good location, room very clean.
Rooms a bit small, no blinds (as usual in Paris), a bit noisy.

Location - near the metro, supermarket, and various types of restaurants nearby.
The room was small - very little space to move especially if you have several luggages. The shower screen doors does not work properly in the room. The lift was really small.

Convenient location, close to Metro station and bus stops. Supermarket nearby for daily needs.- Good internet connection.
Extremely small rooms, felt cramped even for a single suitcase. Bathroom floods after showering, no way to dry the floor.

There was a modern shower and they had someone come into the room each day to change the towels, clean the bathroom, and make the beds. However, you should get out of the room by no later than 11 am as after that, they will not make the beds for you. The beds were also quite comfortable. The hotel provides the most basic toiletries (shampoo and soap, toilet paper). The hotel is very close to the Place de Clichy and has a number of good boulangeries and food options nearby. Overall, the place was comfortable enough and pretty good value for the cost. Invest in a pair of earplugs, bring your own hairdryer and you're good to go.
The "soundproof" walls claim is completely false. You can hear absolutely everything through the paper thin walls. There was also only one electrical outlet in the room...we had to unplug the television to use our laptops, battery charger etc. The rooms do not have phones, nor do they have hairdryers (bring your own). The wifi signal is very weak and the password they give you to access it never worked. We ended up picking up on someone else's signal and using that instead. Finally, I had emailed the hotel prior to my stay to confirm the reservation, but never got a response back. Thankfully, Booked.net called on my behalf to confirm. Nevertheless, the staff were polite and friendly to us during our stay.
